UK ORDERS – STANDARD DELIVERY
Smaller and shippable items – We charge from £4.95 to £14.95 for a ‘tracked delivery’ service to all UK locations, depending on a product.
Items will normally be dispatched within 72 hours (during the working week) or in the next two working days if ordered at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday.
Items will be sent by Parcelforce or DPD depending on the weight. We reserve the right to choose whichever method we feel most suitable.
We can not guarantee exact delivery times once the item is shipped.
We make every effort to pack your items securely to ensure you receive them in perfect condition.
On occasion, delicate items, particularly ceramics, do get damaged in transit. In such instances, we will readily offer a refund.
Please do not be offended if asked to provide photographic evidence by SMS or email of such damage.
This is required by us in order to claim compensation from the couriers and no further inferences should be drawn.
